Yollomi provides cloud-based SEO optimization and analytics tools, including but not limited to:

• Keyword research and tracking
• Website performance analysis
• Content optimization suggestions
• Competitor analysis
• Reporting and data export

User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain account security and not share with others
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use

Usted acepta no usar los servicios para generar, cargar, compartir o crear de cualquier otro modo el siguiente contenido prohibido. Las infracciones pueden derivar en la suspensión o terminación inmediata de su cuenta, la pérdida de créditos y la denuncia a las autoridades cuando lo exija la ley.

• Contenido para adultos, NSFW, pornográfico o sexualmente explícito de cualquier tipo, incluyendo desnudos, actos sexuales o material sexualmente sugerente
• Material de abuso sexual infantil (CSAM) o cualquier contenido que sexualice, represente o ponga en peligro a menores — estrictamente prohibido y denunciado a las autoridades
• Imágenes íntimas no consentidas (NCII), incluyendo pornografía "deepfake", desnudo o sexualización de personas reales sin su consentimiento explícito y verificable
• Contenido que represente, glorifique o incite a la violencia, terrorismo, autolesiones, suicidio o gore explícito
• Discurso de odio, acoso o contenido dirigido contra personas o grupos por raza, etnia, religión, género, orientación sexual, discapacidad u otras características protegidas
• Suplantación de identidad, difamación o generación de imágenes engañosas de personas reales (incluidas figuras públicas y celebridades) sin consentimiento legal
• Bienes ilegales, drogas, armas, instrucciones para fabricar armas o cualquier contenido que facilite actividades delictivas
• Desinformación, manipulación electoral o contenido generado por IA utilizado para defraudar, engañar o manipular a otros
• Cualquier infracción de las leyes o regulaciones aplicables en su jurisdicción o en la jurisdicción de las personas representadas
• Infracción de derechos de propiedad intelectual, marcas o derechos de imagen de terceros
• Malware, código dañino, material de phishing o contenido diseñado para comprometer la seguridad de cualquier sistema
• Acceso fraudulento, engañoso o no autorizado a cuentas; interferencia o interrupción de los servicios u otros usuarios

Todas las indicaciones (prompts) enviadas por los usuarios se examinan mediante un sistema automatizado de moderación de contenido antes de la generación. Las indicaciones que coincidan con categorías prohibidas serán rechazadas y podrán registrarse con fines de revisión de seguridad. Nos reservamos el derecho de eliminar contenido generado, suspender cuentas y denunciar las infracciones a las autoridades o a socios de la plataforma cuando sea necesario.

Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. All fees are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law or as otherwise stated in these terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

Yollomi retains all rights, title, and interest in the services and their original content, features, and functionality.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services according to these terms.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

Disclaimers

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yollomi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yollomi and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Yollomi is incorporated.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the services.
