성인용, NSFW, 음란물, 또는 모든 형태의 성적으로 노골적인 콘텐츠(누드, 성적 행위, 성적 암시 자료 포함)
아동 성착취 자료(CSAM) 또는 미성년자를 성적 대상화하거나 묘사하거나 위험에 노출시키는 모든 콘텐츠 — 엄격히 금지되며 관계 당국에 신고됩니다
본인의 명시적이고 확인 가능한 동의 없이 만들어진 '딥페이크' 포르노, 탈의, 성적 대상화 등 실존 인물에 대한 비동의 친밀 이미지(NCII)
폭력, 테러, 자해, 자살 또는 과도하게 잔혹한 묘사를 보여주거나 미화하거나 선동하는 콘텐츠
인종, 민족, 종교, 성별, 성적 지향, 장애 또는 기타 보호 대상 특성에 근거하여 개인이나 집단을 대상으로 하는 혐오 표현, 괴롭힘 또는 공격적 콘텐츠
합법적 동의 없이 실존 인물(공인 및 유명인 포함)의 신원을 사칭하거나 명예를 훼손하거나 기만적인 인물 이미지를 생성하는 행위
불법 상품, 마약, 무기, 무기 제작 지침 또는 범죄 행위를 조장하는 모든 콘텐츠
타인을 속이거나 조작하기 위해 사용되는 허위 정보, 선거 조작 또는 AI 생성 콘텐츠
귀하의 관할 지역 또는 묘사된 사람의 관할 지역에서 적용되는 모든 법률 또는 규정 위반
타인의 지식재산권, 상표권 또는 퍼블리시티권 침해
맬웨어, 유해 코드, 피싱 자료 또는 시스템의 보안을 침해하기 위한 콘텐츠
사기, 기만, 무단 계정 접근, 서비스 또는 다른 사용자에 대한 방해 또는 혼란 행위

사용자가 제출한 모든 프롬프트는 생성 전에 자동 콘텐츠 검토 시스템을 통해 심사됩니다. 금지 카테고리에 해당하는 프롬프트는 거부되며 안전 검토 목적으로 기록될 수 있습니다. 당사는 생성된 콘텐츠를 삭제하고, 계정을 정지하며, 필요한 경우 법 집행기관 또는 플랫폼 파트너에 위반 사항을 신고할 권리를 보유합니다.

Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. All fees are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law or as otherwise stated in these terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

Yollomi retains all rights, title, and interest in the services and their original content, features, and functionality.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services according to these terms.

In no event shall Yollomi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yollomi and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at any time, for any reason, without notice.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Yollomi is incorporated.
