You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

- Maintain account security and not share with others
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use

本サービスを利用して、以下の禁止コンテンツを生成、アップロード、共有、その他の方法で作成しないことに同意します。違反した場合、アカウントの即時停止または終了、クレジットの没収、および法律で要求される場合は当局への通報が行われることがあります。
- アダルト、NSFW、ポルノグラフィック、または性的に露骨なコンテンツ全般（裸体、性的行為、性的に示唆的な素材を含む）
- 児童性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM）、または未成年者を性的に表現・描写・危険にさらすあらゆるコンテンツ — 厳禁とし、当局へ通報します
- 本人の明示的かつ検証可能な同意のない『ディープフェイク』ポルノ、脱衣、性的化など、実在人物の同意なき親密画像（NCII）
- 暴力、テロ行為、自傷、自殺、過度に残虐な描写を行う、賛美する、または扇動するコンテンツ
- 人種、民族、宗教、性別、性的指向、障害その他の保護対象の属性に基づき個人または集団を標的とする差別的発言、ハラスメント、攻撃的コンテンツ
- 実在人物（著名人や有名人を含む）の身元になりすます、名誉を毀損する、または合法的同意なく虚偽の人物像を生成する行為
- 違法な商品、薬物、武器、武器製造手順、その他犯罪行為を助長するコンテンツ
- 誤情報、選挙への不正操作、または詐欺・欺瞞・操作のために使用される AI 生成コンテンツ
- あなたの管轄地域、または描写された人物の管轄地域における適用法令に違反する行為
- 第三者の知的財産権、商標、またはパブリシティ権の侵害
- マルウェア、有害コード、フィッシング素材、その他システムのセキュリティを侵害することを目的としたコンテンツ
- 詐欺的・欺瞞的・無許可のアカウントアクセス、サービスや他のユーザーへの妨害・混乱行為
ユーザーが入力したすべてのプロンプトは、生成前に自動コンテンツモデレーションシステムによって審査されます。禁止カテゴリに該当するプロンプトは拒否され、安全レビューのため記録される場合があります。生成されたコンテンツの削除、アカウントの停止、必要に応じて当局またはプラットフォーム提携先への通報を行う権利を留保します。
Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. All fees are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
All payments are non-refundable unless required by law or as otherwise stated in these terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
Yollomi retains all rights, title, and interest in the services and their original content, features, and functionality.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services according to these terms.
Privacy

Disclaimers
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Yollomi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yollomi and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Yollomi is incorporated.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the services.
